I talk am for the other thread, as Jamb no release the name of highest scorer, more people go come out with their high score expecting to be given scholarship, meanwhile scholarship givers go confuse 🤔 not sure who to give scholarship.

The givers should approach Jamb about it..they will provide them with the lists of top scorers.

The latest generation of kids have shown exceptional academic brilliance that is distinguishable from the generation 20-50 years ago

I laugh when some people argue that this current set of "Jambites" are less intelligent due to tiktok, and other social media sites. It is a big fallacy and a danger of comparing a single statistics.

I remember in the late 90s and turn of the new millenium, highest jamb score used to be 280s.

Infact in year 2000, to be precise, only 8% of jamb takers scored above 200. In 2024, 24% of jamb exam applicants scored at least 200.

He should wait . No rushing . Most people wrote Jamb up to 3 times or more. Besides cbt is not a true knowledge test.
Also parents should be aware of the 6-3-3-4 or 9-3-4 system of education in Nigeria.

The minimum age requirement for university admission in Nigeria is still 16. 18 is not yet a law.
