Most people who own businesses in Lagos are always reluctant to leave elsewhere.. Infrastructure is the least on the list of why Lagos and the whole of Yorubaland will always be prosperous and attract the best of investors and investments. It has always been so since pre-independence days and during our early years of independence till today.

When you are comparing the dollar value of lagos gdp in 2015 to now are the exchange rate the same..

Why not compare the dollar rates for other states in the same period and lets match growth by states.
