What you're about to read is what transpired between him and a guy he wanted to help which ended up pretty bad for Mr KAA.

I know we humans have this "dark side" but we can always try as much as possible to shield our benefactors/Loved ones from it.

This is one post I’m making from a place of hurt and heartbreak and I must confess, I feel quite emotional.

3 years ago, a guy named Matt, who’s Igbo but lives in the United States subscribed to the KaaTruths Arbitrage Blogging Mentorship Program.

After the training, he pleaded that I help buy a Google AdSense account for him. I agreed and got one for him from a guy named Prince or Daniel Edet Efiok who happened to be my follower here.

I took over this account, built a website with the domain name attached to it, and transferred this account to Matt with over $700 in it.

I had hoped that my help and kindness would bring me good returns, but it was the beginning of my problems.

Before transferring this account to Matt, I had taught him how to change the login details and activate 2-step Verification so that no one would be able to access the account without permission from him.

I equally sent a video of how to do this.

Unknown to me, when I exited the account so that Matt could take over, he didn't enable some of these security measures.

After two weeks or so, Matt came back to say he could no longer access the account.

I thought it was issue of a forgotten password, but it was not. We realized that the logins and recovery details were changed and Matt was logged out.

Matt believed it was me that hijacked the account and that was the beginning of the end of our good relationship.

He called me a thie7, a sc’mmer, and other unprintable names. It was the worst few days of my life.

As if that was not enough, he reported me to Dr. Charles Awuzie, the only person he felt could compel me to return the account or his money to him.

We had meetings with Charles and ended the meetings accusing each other of trying to defra+ud the other.

Matt used very mean words against my reputation. I saw posts flying up and down on Facebook even to this day, accusing me of being an Adsense account thie7.

Many people saw those posts and ran with them without ever verifying what happened.

Those who never liked me or what I stand for saw an opportunity to disparage my name as they wished.

If I had not built my life in a way that things hardly get to me, I would have vanished from Social Media.

I went back to Edet and begged him to see if he could recover the account with his IP address since that’s the oldest IP address Google associated with that account.

He said he tried and failed. I offered to pay him extra money. He said he couldn't gain access.

I told him I needed to prove my innocence and needed every help I could get, he sympathized with me and assured me he did all he could.

Matt lived for these 3 years with the absolute belief that I stole from him. Only God knows the amount of evil prayers he must have made against me, but I don’t blame him. Losing is hard to endure.

Fast forward to yesterday, someone sent me a message on WhatsApp. I looked and it was Edet.

He reached out after over 3 years to confess that he was the one who hijacked that account and cashed out the money in it.

I read his messages with so much sadness in my heart and then forgave him and asked him to also reach out to Matt and ask for his forgiveness.

I had to post this to teach you that most times we judge and condemn people too soon. Imagine how many lives have been ruined because of crimes they didn't commit.

Be careful who you lift a stone against. They might be innocent of whatever they are accused of.
