DANIEL 4:14

[Daniel 4:14 NKJV] — He cried aloud and said thus: ‘Chop down the tree and cut off its branches, Strip off its leaves and scatter its fruit. Let the beasts get out from under it, And the birds from its branches.

[Daniel 4:14 FBV] — He cried out in a loud voice, ‘Cut down the tree and chop off its branches! Shake off its leaves and scatter its fruit! Drive the animals away from its shade, and scare off the birds from its branches.

That was not just vision, but combination of "Voice" and "Vision;" or better still, "Voice in Vision." Through out dreams encountered by Joseph, not one of it had Voices in the Visions just as Nebuchadnezzar's first dream, but unlike this second dream of Nebuchadnezzar that has Voice, Loud Voice for that matter and Spoken Speech. Nevertheless, no matter how loud that angel's voice was in that dream, it did not wake the dreamer from sleep because the volume of voices in visions do not blast the Visions or the Seers thereof. No man has ever gotten deaf by the loudness or voice of the visions he had, but someone had gotten blind by seeing vision (Paul was struck blind on his way to Damascus on seeing the heavenly vision) and someone had gotten dumb by seeing vision (Zachariah was struck dumb/mute by his vision of an Angel in the temple and as Ezekiel) and frozen or fainted as dead or sick by seeing vision (Daniel, John etc.).

Why was it necessary for that Watcher or Angel to use a Loud Voice in making his speech in this vision? Does it have anything to do with the distance between the angel and whomever the angel was talking to or talking with? There are persons that would use the volume of voice that can reach someone at fifty meters away while talking to someone that is just less than five meters close.

Ok take this: - Great Heavenly Beings by default have Strong, Mighty, Thunderous or Loud, Voices. And their use of loud Voice in speaking is not about the distance of whomever they are talking to, but about the power they command or release while they speak. Heaven is full of Loud, mighty, strong and thunderous voices, incase you don't like noisy environment. Infact, out of the Throne of God proceed Voices, Lightnings and Thunderings, even without rainy clouds. Somehow, the mightier an angel the louder his voice of commanding powers.

Therefore, that Watcher and holy one that spoke to that Tree in Nebuchadnezzar's vision was not a small angel, but a mighty angel by reason of his raised or loud voice with which he spoke such thing in the presence of Nebuchadnezzar, who was the king of kings in this world then. There are some things a man cannot boldly say outloud against the ruler, president or governor in his presence among other powerful forces or powers around, unless that man is surely having a superior power or authority over those rulers or powers there. For example, that man of God from Judah came to were the king of Samaria was practicing his false religion with his co-worshippers of that religion, and that Man of God cried out against the religion and against the priests/religious leaders of that religion and against their altar, right in the king's presence. The king commanded, "Arrest him." Instantly, the Power in the Man of God dealt with that king and the king knew the Man of God was more powerful than him and his soldiers at his command. (1 Kings 13).

Behold, that Watcher and Holy One from heaven was more louder and bolder against one of the most powerful world rulers in history, and yet that king of kings could not say or do anything to the Holy One or Stranger. No prince of Babylon or prince of Persia or Satanic Powers could do anything against that Watcher who came down alone from heaven without company of angels for backup, and yet he spoke so loudly that even the gates of hell could have heard him speaking against what the whole world treasured and benefited from then, that's that Tree.

Now looking at the content of that Watcher's loud voice Speech, I would cite similar incident, to compare and analyze further:

[Revelation 18:1-3] — "And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, "Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies."

Similarities with differences:

*1* At the Tower of Babel, God and the Watchers came to confuse and to scatter those who were standing and exalted by their gathering together: United they stood, but divided they fell. Their fall at Babel meant their division and scattering.

*2* At that Tree in Nebuchadnezzar's vision, the Watcher commanded its fall by the Sword of Division, dividing (cutting) the Tree down,
Scattering the gathering/bonding of every leaf off the Tree,
Scattering the gathering/bonding of every Fruit off the Tree,
Scattering the gathering/bonding of every Branch off the Tree,
Scattering the gathering/bonding of every animal off the Tree,
Scattering the gathering/bonding of every Bird off the Tree,

So in the words the Watcher, the fall of that Tree of Babylon was to come by dividing (cutting) and scattering all that were joined or gathered in that Tree.

*3" At the fall of Babylon the Great, reverse is the case to how it's fallen: Babylon the great is not fallen by divide and scatter, but fallen by gathering together of Foul spirits in it, gathering and residence of all unclean/hateful birds in it, gathering and habitation of devils/demons in it etc. Anyone or any place where these creatures inhabit, reside or gather, is a fallen person, animal, place or thing.

This is not a case where any kingdom or house divided against itself is fallen, but a case where the state of that kingdom or house is fallen state for the abominations of desolation reside and stood in it. Judas's Perdition was that Satan entered him.

[Matthew 12:45] — Then the evil spirit goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it also be with this wicked generation.
