She was on her way to ear her daily keep as a fish monger early that morning. She stopped at a popular bar known as DRUNK BAR to salute her partner in crimes. She had four best friends, Lisa, Angela, Charles and Dawn

The five of then grew together in the neighborhood, they know each other the best, they attended thesame elementary school and even high school all in Flaky town.

"Hey Mara, buy me some crispy chicken on your way back! Angela called after her

She looked back and snapped "hey have you lost your legs? I should waste my damn time to get chicken for you? No not possible! She replied and made to zoom away when her mother rushed to the area....

"Hey... Mara...Mara! She shouted while Mara hoped on the bicycle to rub away but Angela and Dawn rushed to hold her down for her mother.
The middle aged woman breathed heavily as she got there then slapped Mara on the head

"You naught kid! How dare you made me run all the way here? Huh? You want to run away without telling me the actual price of the fishes you carry? The woman asked.

Mara made a grumpy face as if to say she's caught...

Meet Mara, Mara Brown. The only child of her mother, Flaky town had been her only home, she never left there once, and after her high school education, she joined her mother's bussines. Her mother, Jennie Brown was a 45 years old single mother that takes care of her child alone.

Mara's father? Don't ask about that, that's story for another time. She's a fashion designer, a very professional tailor that sews clothes for all the residents of Flaky town. And Mara joined the trend and also become a professional fashion designer.

At 18, Mara never had any plans for her future, her mother had money to send her to a university, even her four friends, Lisa attended a College, and after he graduation she turns herself to boyfriend vendor, always having boyfriends, Angela's parents opened DRUNK BAR for her, Charles joined his father's resurant bussines Only Dawn attended a university and after his education he got a job as a teacher at the Secondary school in Flaky town, thesame secondary school they all graduated from.

Now all of them were 25 years old, they're still together at Flaky town, Mara took on bussines to be selling fish while her mother sews clothes and together they a make a good earnings.

Mara is a frivolous girl, she is tough, she is also a good fighter and a smart girl with IQ of 180. Mara could draw, she could design really well. Even at 25, Mara and her friends still emits the quality of a 18 years old child.

They still eat together, shop together, even water thesame clothes on special occasions, their friendship is really unbreakable.

"Did you think I'll dupe you? Must you know everything? Look here old lady, go and focus on your sewing machine! Mara replied her mother while her badass friends laughed

"You...you... You naughty girl! Are you planning on rebelling again? She asked

"Mum... If I wanted to rebel I don't need to manipulate the fish price, I'll just steal your sewing machine and run away" she replied while her mother pulled her hair and others laughed

"You stray kids are you also intimidated by her? She asked

"Auntie, go back to the shop, I'll handle her for you, trust me with that! Angela said guiding Mara's mother back to the slope while others were still laughing.

After leading the woman away they joined Mara...

"Now tell us, why don't you tell your mom the actual fish price? Charles asked

"Well... She doesn't need to know, I need to buy crayons so I need cash! She replied and zoomed off.

"Mara can never change! She had never spent her money in a profitable item only on crayons and drawing boom" Lisa said laughing

"Just like how you spent your time going out with boys? Charles asked

"You... You!!!

Such is their friendship... Always Hilarious, they never fight with each other but cue lots of Drama and comedy🤣

"Mr Anderson I want you to send me the monthly evaluation for last month over again! The ones you sent to my email was so rough and tiny! He said authoritatively

The man over the phone was shivering "President, I have sent you the monthly evaluation seven times already, it's my daughter's birthday today I can't leave her to go work" he said

"Then you should have arranged well the first place! How did you expect me to accept this file that had no paragraph? The punctuation marks are too tacky and I asked you to use Excel sheet but you never listen you keep using Word table why? He asked angrily

"Sorry President I'll go and do it again! The ma replied and hung up

Then he took another phone and dialed some numbers

"Hello Miss Tasha, send me the photoshoot that was taken today, I'll make the selections myself " he Instructed

Then another call

"I said you should handle the HT department and close that file!! He shouted

Then another call

"What!? You messed with what? The white lingerie that we're using for the tomorrow photoshoot? You're fired!

He walked proudly out of his office whole his secretary bowed then all the staffs he met on the way bowed too.

Meet Him, Xavier Klein, the formidable handsome devil president of OUR STYLES GROUP. He never smiles, any slight movement on his lips were just smirks. He hates dirt, a bastard near freak that sanitize his hands every 3 seconds. As he marched towards the sewing room, a staff sneezed releasing some mukus, he stopped. Then spray his sanitizer toward the staff.

One may wonder why he fires staffs anyhow, well he's the President and OUR STYLES GROUP is the leading fashion designing magazine company that anymore would crawl to join. Xavier has no parents, his aunt, told him that his parents died while he was still young in a ghastly accident and that too on his birthday.

His aunt, Mrs Astrid was the only living family he had and her daughter Celine was his younger sister. Mrs Astrid took care of him well and he also gave her every Respect a mother would deserve.

And Celine, always naughty, he loved his cute little sister, not that Celine was a child but at most She was a child to him. Apart from her no other female had any right to touch him.

As he entered the sewing room, everyone Rose and bowed while his troupe and him inspected the workers.

"Why did you miss Green and yellow together in a gown? Did that look perfect to you? He asked someone

"President, this gown will be having blue sapphire bottons by the left leg, giving the dress a colourful look" the designer Explained

"Make sure it's perfect, we can't afford to loose anything" He said.

After inspecting various departments he returned to his office. On getting there, Celine was waiting for him

"Big brother" she whined while hugging him tightly but he quickly released her hands

"Did you Come here to suck or you come here to ask for money? He asked spraying sanitizer on her before hugging her.

"What? The cloth I was wearing is a new clothes and i just took my bath must you spat that tasteless thing on me? She asked irritatedly

"You know you can't come here without me spraying this on you! Why did you come here? He asked happily

"Actually... Actually.... I didn't come here for any of that... It's just that I want you to attend the blind date I arranged for you" She pouted while he smiled.

"You? Blind date for me? Celine you're 20 years old and you're arranging a wife for your 28 years old brother, did I say I wanted to marry your friends? He asked

"C'mon bro, she's my friend's elder sister! I have boasted that My elder brother is the President of OUR STYLES you can't let me down will you? She asked cutely

"Okay... Okay... If that's what the baby of the house wants, when is the blind date and where's the location? He asked

"I'll text you the location, you'll go there by lunch time..." Celine replied jubilantly while rushing to the door

"Bro! I am going to the mall downstairs to take some clothes in your name okay? Pay for the clothes.... I love you bye..." she shouted and left hastily before he could say another thing.

He smiled.... Trust his sister to always take one or two things before she left his office.
