Skimpledawg:

I been consider this matter o Joe, but since you no believe in the Prophet again, it's another season of failure-at-the-edge-of-breakthrough tongue tongue tongue
Lol...
Where have you been prophet?

You abandoned your people and left them in the hands of the Philistines and Assyrians under the kings Todd Boehly and Egbali respectively.

See how your people are gnashing and wailing everyday cos of lack of prophecy and direction cheesy

Anyways, I've met another Prophet and she says we're bringing it home tongue

This is why I encourage your camp to calm down and read positions before responding. From what I have been reading from your camp, you guys already have responses before even reading and understanding varying positions.

Again Jodera, let me reiterate for the umpteenth time, my solution is very clear and Barcelona have employed it. Do I think Arsenal will utilize my solution? No, I don't. Our history with him has shown me they will not but that is my own solution.

I have not asked for him to be fired now, however, an extension should not be offered "Right Now". Let him stay with the team until 2025 when his contract expires and we can evaluate based on results. During this period, the club should continue to back him financially. A lot will happen between now and 2025, but he absolutely has to earn that contract. Heck, if he wins the league this year, it absolutely without any doubt changes everything because he would deserve a contract extension in my books. We have declared losses in 5 consecutive seasons and are at the peak of our spending, that should bother every fan.

You guys need to understand that coaching a traditional big 4 like Arsenal comes with a lot. It comes with the territory bro, it is nothing personal. I want to win and if he is not going to get it done then we should take a different direction after his contract expires. You need to stop making all the excuses for him.

Currently, Arteta is the 4th longest tenured coach in the EPL with the same team, he will be 3rd when Klopp leaves

Arteta is the 4th highest earning coach, when Klopp leaves and depending on the numbers he will become top 2 in the EPL

Arteta has outspent City/ Liverpool over the last 2 season and a combined 700M during his time at Arsenal.

Finally, if you cannot provide proof of me recommending Mourinho as Arsenal coach, I need you to retract the statement, no need for apologies, it is not necessary to me.
First and foremost, I apologize and I retract that statement. I duly apologize

Anyways, we all have our different opinions cos I still don't believe Arteta should be sacked even by next season even if we don't win the league as long as there's a very very noticeable/markedly progress except it's for a coach who is at the very top of his game.

Arteta and Arsenal board agreed on a 5-phase plan and I believe when that plan is completed, we'll win this league— with or without Guardiola. I firmly believe so!!!

But then, let's ALL sheath our swords abeg. It's somehow getting ugly If it continues

Listed them in no particular order though. The focus was on Zinny.
Okay… Funny how time changes things cause I remembered when Zinny came here, he was our first choice LB, now he’s the fourth

Some players are just there to assist on the road. He has regressed over the last few months. Time to move him on. Although I would have let him stay to cover midfield.

I don't care whatever Plan Arteta has for next season but it better be one that makes BUkayo Saka a top 2 candidate for POTs 2024/25? Just look at how City swept the last 5seasons with not a break in Transmission. Even Dias win am. They kon only nominate Saliba this time asif wetin he do no better pass. If anything at all, Watkins should be taking this award, not Foden. I don't care whatever explanation or defense you have for him, bring it on and I'll counter you properly. Wetin sef?

Anyways, back to what concerns me most, Mikel Arteta better structure game time to maximize Saka this coming season. We don't want anything to link this guy with burn out GOING FORWARD. Whatever arrival will make us achieve this should come asap abeg. Irrespective of what happens tomorrow, Saka going forward must flourish and win that award. C'est fini.

Allow me let you on a secret.

Incase you are unaware, Arteta has built and structured this team around Havertz. Our tactics, formation and player selection is built around Havertz and to be fair, it has been successful considering how he sets up the team. However, I do not think it is sustainable.

I have said this severally, this season. For me, next season, I would like to see some dynamism in how Saka and Rice are utilized. I would like to see Arteta try Saka across the front 3, particularly the AM or behind the striker. I guess I am looking to see Arteta help Saka improve his creative side from every part of the pitch. Also, how he manages Saka’s health will Leah’s be a determining factor. This season there were stretches where Saka’s form was poor for long stretches and it was because he had nothing left.

For Rice, I have been consistent about this. I would like to see Rice play higher up and in the attacking/ scoring areas of the opponent. This season, until late, we limited that offensive prowess by playing him deep or restricting his ability to drive into scoring zones. I do think Partey’s long term absence played a role in this case for the most part but there were games where I thought we were too careful with him.

For the rice part I think that's the reason we extended jourghino's contract
As for saka, I don't want to be greedy for now what I want is a good deputy for him
All thos nelson, maquinhos should fvck off we need a strong contender for saka in that position
Antonio nusa is very raw and can be managed, this guy is already playing with odegaard and haaland in international level
Then we need serious integration of at least 2 youngsters into the team
It's very important
We have lost Reuell Walters too

The title race is still open and anything is still possible. A red card, a penalty, VAR etc. It's hope for me, because City doesn't look like a team that will lose, but then hope maketh not ashamed for all things are possible.

It's been a great ride for Arsenal to get to this point. At 6 games to go after we drew at Man City it was a three horse race of which very few felt Liverpool were the ones with the advantage because of their easier run of games and they were at the top. At the end of it all it has boiled down to just us and City.

Winning it would make a huge statement and would mark a new beginning at the club after years of oblivion. It will shine a bright light again at the north of London. However, win or lose the team has done well as you cannot fault a team that fought for the title till the last day. I will be anticipating...

Saka started taking up the burden of the team at a very young age and it is telling on him as he already looks old- dropped in pace, unable to take his man, and some times looks confused about what he should be doing. This level of responsibility meant his growth may probably have stunted. The right approach for the manager ahead of next season is to get someone who can relieve him and yet he will not feel missed or that something is off. So that he can come into games with a relaxed mind and do what he knows best.

So in summary, Saka needs a worthy deputy. Same goes to Odegaard.

True and we need Partey's replacement, Jorg is still not it for me, I want a good DM that will free Rice to go forward like Roland17 also stated.

With a fit Timber, If we get a strong Saka and Odegaard deputy with Partey's replacement, we should be the team to beat next season irrespective of what other teams including City are doing. Also hoping Jesus can become more clinical like Trossard.

This is no secret, Roland. Recall it is one of the reasons i was vehemently against him until he did some back-tracking and found a way around it. Sadly, the redirecting of attention is something Saka has never recovered from despite all the playing time available. Saka has played at the top enough to start sweeping Individual awards directly from the league itself. And the manager will have to make that work or else we'll have another Rashford situation which i say God forbid to.

If anything atall, next season is one where Arteta will see enough choking from Fans and everyone all rounda. And we all know why. It will get worse if we miss out on the league title again. Till then. I pray his incoming buys help lift the pressure cos even if i know Pep dey in every equation for anyone that wants to contest EPL right now, the pressure of doing it without dropping points to teams with suffix ham and Villa will decide

Bakayoko dey
Those kids in spain dey too
We have seen enough with skillset to not make us miss Saka on a night against lower teams at least.

Besides, we need to begin to utilize Wengerball Counterattacking style. We gat personnel for it. Infact, just Rice and Nelli can start and finish one. Not to talk of sleek passes up to the net without a backward pass.

Summary: E no go easy for Arteta ESPECIALLY if we lose out on this title tomorrow. I pray we don't. We need that Title. We do.
