The mentality and mindset of an average Nigerian has been successfully bastardized, traumatized and fingered by politicians.

Imagine the nonsense below;

"Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State may be referred to as one of the best governors in Nigeria right now following the construction of the new Christ the King Model Primary School".

Is this how low the bar has been put?

Pathetic is an understatement.

omoh.........learn to appreciate good tin.

Are Nigerians able to tell the difference between actual photos and 3D images? This deception has gone on for far too long.

Commendable. I hope he will give a face lift to the other government schools in the state.

Politicians will always come in a build their own so they get praised whilst abandoning others constructed by past administrations. No continuity in government.

The way we place priority on education shows how we want the next generation to be.

Ideally, this is how a primary school should look like. Do you know that in the middle east, some primary and secondary schools have Olympic size swimming pools to train the young bloods on how to swim and compete? As a matter of fact, some secondary schools there are well equipped than Nigerian Universities..

You may have a point in some way however, Gov UmoEno so far is one of the best if not the best of incoming Governors.

The school project is one of the least projects ongoing in the state.

Currently there are big projects facilitated by the Govt and it isn't making the news E.g

1.BUA group is building the 2nd largest refinery in AKS and construction work has already begun

2. The Largest Free Trade is under construction, it's larger that the Lekki Free Trade Zone. There will be a modular refinery there, A fertilizer Plant, An Oil Exploration Company (Already completed and operations ongoing), A gas Exploration (Already Functional)

3. Make Road Expansion & Dualization Projects

4. Upgrade of the Airport to International Standards and construction of MRO

5. The Deep Seaport is still in preliminary stage and construction is yet to commence

and many others I can't seem to remember

This reminds me of the 774 beautiful primary schools Amaechi Amaechi built across the 24 LGA in Rivers state.

Today those schools are a shadow of itself owing to lack of maintenance.

Make God keep blessing Amaechi.

No matter how good I am to my people when I become the governor of my state, I will still have spies in the remaining 35 states giving me real time update of what other Governors are up to, so I can always stay one step ahead.

This is laudable from Gov Eno, construction o not reabilitation like some people Messiah wey no build a single school for 8 years grin

What you've said is good, but it's a clear case of easier said than done.

You can't stay ahead if you have no money, and you can't spend outside of your budget. Opponents will see something to impeach you with.

Normal stuff. This is wat we shud be seeing from those ss States, with the humongous allocations they receive every month. Na only Akwa ibom dey try show us d impact of those oil monies. Rivers dey try but na cultism dey over shadow them.

But u see those Bayelsa and Delta states, dem suppose dey under administration. Nothing to show undecided
Me del primary school can be conducted with monies generated from internal revenue and other levies this is nothing to compare to the hundreds of billions received and shared by the governor and his installer for the past one Year

Congratulations! I was wondering who'd call Obi out directly or indirectly. Now go and collect your allowee
