Has anyone had the experience of traveling from Lagos to East on a Volkswagen Golf 2? I am planning to make a trip with mine but don't know what to expect. Kindly share your experience with me if you have any. Like how much fuel needed, will 1.8 engine be able to handle the journey? Etc |

Jtim: people travel to the east in kia picanto with 1.1L engine, so a 1.8 would do it just fine. As for fuel needed depends on the distance and vehicle condition. Lagos to Benin is around 3xxkm, if your car is in good shape, you probably will be doing 6L/100km that's around 18L to Benin. factor in vehicle condition, traffic, check point, road conditions etc you probably will be burning more fuel/100km but nobody go disturb your golf 2 for road be it police, custom or FRSC  |
