Paripesa bet has refused to pay me and they have refused to deactivate my account.
I registered and deposited 4000 which has accumulated to 8000. After several failed attempt to withdraw some funds from the account, I contacted their support system.
Now support system is asking for pictures of my National ID card (front and back) which I don't have because I misplaced it and can't find it. I however have the scanned copy.
I have explained the situation with my national ID card while sending the scanned copy, my driver's license and my national voter's card as supporting documents. They still won't attend to me.
After further persistence from me, I was asked to submit my ATM card, pictures of front and back of the card. After doing that I was again asked to state my relationship with one Madu Christian Chukwu a name I have never heard of.
Lastly I have been told again to take a selfie holding my ID card and my phone showing the chats with them.
I feel these guys are not sincere. They have my National ID card, voter's card, driver's license, atm card and yet they can verify me.
My betting account has been blocked without refunding at least my deposit since I did not lose it through bet. Do they have the right to keep my money?

The only legitimate betting company are betking and bet9ja.The reason is because they have shops and offices.Dont patronise any other bookmaker. But why you go snap your ATM card and send? You better go and deactivate the card before they withdraw your money.

They've done it for me. They locked my account for no valid reason, they requested for several documents such as NiNi, bank statement, BVN, debit card details etc. upon providing all, they never opened the account, they locked it completely. I can't even login again. Paripesa is scam. How do we push it to the front page cos I can see Seu. Advertising their betting company. My 15600 naira is gone.

That is one of the risks of using a Curacao licensed / 1xbet clone bookie. They are very good at applying DDD(Delay, Do not inform, Discourage) strategies on customers.

If you need peace of mind use reputable naija bookies like bet9ja, merrybet, betkings, sportybet, and nairabet. Those 1xbet like bookies springing up on weekly basis are crooks. As for me if him no bet bet365 I no do.

I've tried using all this "legal" bookies and they are nothing at all.... 1xbet consultants at least answer when I contacted them... from others I haven't got an answer for almost a month now, just a waste of money... do not look something new, use time-tested bookies like 1xbet

Hello! Yes, you should contact block@1xbet-team.com, providing documents, the account number you want to restore, and if you deactivated your account due to gambling addiction, then you also need a doctor’s certificate that you no longer have problems with addiction, and if for another reason, you can do it without a certificate, but they will tell you if anything else is needed
