3. Bad customer relationship: I have seen some agents and cashier's who are very rude to their customers and as such customers avoid their shops... Remember that the customers of betting business are the hardest customers to satisfy, understanding this is key to breaking limit in this business.

4. Early and Late opening: I have seen some shops who don't open shops by 9am or 10pm and closes before 7pm... They do not understand that Early morning and night are the best time customers troop into the shop. Before work they would want to bet and after the days work, they would want a place to relax before retiring to bed.

Coach: People sees betting business as very easy business to run. Open a shop, equip the place and register agent account and start trading.... In reality it's not so, as I'm the firs few months of trading you could become frustrated or do something you feel it's normal but in reality it will destroy your business and reputation. You need a coach, a guidance angel and trust me anyone willing to coach you will NEVER ask you for a dime, if he/she do, please flee cuz he knows nothing about the business but just trying to take advantage of you.
