If you're someone who generally find it delicate to manage your time well,I am here to tell you that you aren't alone.

We're constantly intruded by tools, notifications, emails, social media, and everything differently you can imagine.

People can slightly concentrate on what is really important, or know if the right work is being prioritized at the right time and this causes unproductiveness.

You aren't alone because I'm shamefaced as well. I set up some tips though that has been helping me and I suppose you will find useful too.

Here are 4 tips on how to manage your time well.

1. Delayed Notification

We're constantly switching back and forth between apps, announcements andtasks.

However, turn off announcements or use the Do Not Disturb point to temporarily disable announcements, If possible. That way, you can concentrate on your work.

2. Group analogous tasks together

Every time you switch between tasks, your brain has to find applicable environment and information for the new task and bring that knowledge to your mind.

Sure, your brain can do this in seconds, but if you are constantly switching between tasks and systems, you are forcing your brain to work overtime.

This can lead to reduced productivity, not to mention tiredness at the end of the day.

So try to group analogous tasks together

3. Stop trying to multitask

In short, multitasking is just a myth. When you try to multitask, you may feel like you are doing further than one thing at the same time, but you are actually forcing your brain to switch snappily between tasks.

Rather then juggling multiple tasks at the same time, complete them one at a time so you can get into a state of inflow as you work.

4. Take breaks from time to time

It may feel counterintuitive, but one of the stylish effects you can do is take a break and refine your timemanagement.

However, you can not get anything done, let alone handle your most important work, If you are overused and exhausted.
