mannobi:It's corruption. E.g this blue rail cost lagos $1.2bn dollars while same cost Addis Ababa $475m. So a whooping $800m difference while addis Ababa has even completed their own even though they started same time with lagos. |

If the roads were given top priority and rehabilitated cohesively, the train system will be a nice "alternative". No country starts an alternative transportation system if the mainstream of movement isn't in 90% usage. China is building more alternatives as a result of rising population and growing economy.
