Reno seems cursed. Politics aside, every thing he touches turns into a failure.

He has never crossed paths with success.

Reno is said to be a product of "illegitimate" relationship. His "father" may have refused to marry his mother for obvious reasons.

His mother Helen Bemigho of blessed memory was probably a "coutesian" from Itsekiriland, who was said to have gotten pregnant for Justice Jean Omokri, an Igun man from Ughelli (Urhobo). The man was probably coerced into accepting the pregnancy. So Reno's mother became what we now know as "baby mama", back in the 60/70s. Reno was therefore raised by a single mother.

While his father is Urhobo, Reno never associates himself with his Urhobo ancestry, rather he claims to be Itsekiri. This is because he wants to associate with the Itsekiri royal line. We know such type, even in Benin Kingdom where some people cling to their maternal bloodline just so they would be thought of as royalty. The Oba of Benin refers to them as "commoners", as commoers have no souls (Oba Esigie).

A child birthed out of holy matrimony in Urhoboland is a "bastard" as s/he is considered illegitimate. This is the more reason that noone seems to knows about Reno's early background or childhood. As much as you will search, Reno's background is as elusive as that of Tinubu. Only frauds keep their early childhood hidden for reasons of family fracture.

In politics, Reno has always exhibited his "bastard" situ. He claims to support Atiku of PDP, who we all know was a part architects for removal of Jonathan. Today, while projecting his support for Atiku, Reno has become "an unpaid" spokesman, and apostle of Tinubu (of APC). That is political "bastardism", by professing PDP but openly campaigning for Tinubu (APC).
