Flutter flow is not a programming language, and not a sorted for skill at the moment.

At The Moment.

For now people are using AI to speed up software development, but in the near future all we’ll need to do is to describe what we want to a robot, and it will write the software for us maybe directly in machine code rather than all these programming languages

Being able to describe the problem statement in a clear implementable way is a skill in itself.

Don't understand what makes you guys think so.
Even myself who's done automations a number of times knows not everything could be automated.
Even prompt programming gan sef, get lots of limitations. See eh, nothing really beats human presence

The AI world is still evolving bro, but look at the data and outcomes, this thing is about to change our world so much faster than any previous civilization. Human intelligence will be matched and likely surpassed by AI.

When you were born, you knew nothing, if nobody taught you nothing, you’ll know very little. Your knowledge and intelligence evolved over of learning and experience.

The same way you’ve learned a lot over time is the same way a computer can be trained to learn over time.

You have a brain. A computer has a processor, its own brain

For a long time the computer was able to process things faster but had very little intelligence of its own, but now humans have discovered how to train it to learn and adapt over time

GPT-4 was just a tip of the iceberg

If you don’t see what’s about to happen, I can’t help

Maybe the basics. For the advanced stuff, you definitely still need a developer that understands the domain, understands what the robot produces and can possibly troubleshoot it if needed. Robots won't just make all the work disappear in a minute.

I hope you are aware that the so-called A.I. bubble is burst. Most of the ridiculous claims about the capability of A.I., specifically the Large Language Models like ChatGPT, that those C.E.Os claimed turned out to be just that, ridiculous.

New advice to prospective tech professionals and developers: Learn as much coding as possible, in fact, instead of going for very high level languages like JavaScript, PHP and such that limits your capability to web-dev, go for lower level languages that stress control and understanding of fundamental concepts of data and structures like C++. If you can master C++ then anything that comes along the way would be a cakewalk. I once claimed on this forum that it took me only 6 hours or so to learn JavaScript and every single response that I get was to dismiss me as a liar. The reason why they didn't believe that anyone could learn such a "difficult" language so quickly is because most of them have no experience with C/C++ and so are not aware of the power that its knowledge gives to a developer.

You have made multiple unsubstantiated claims. First, that the bubble on air has bust, second, that there's new advice to learn as much programming as possible. The question is, new advice from who? You? Show me new advice from a credible source the level of the CEO of a $2 trillion dollar company who gave such advice.

"The bubble is burst". It's a figure of speech that is not to be taken literally. Let me explain. Suppose that I import pencils to Nigeria and I want to sell a lot of them, say, at Alaba market. I can sit in a shop and pray that customers notice me like most people do or I can push fantastic narratives about my pencils on popular media. Let's say that I claim that my pencils are magic pencils that will help people to increase the size of their bank accounts, the more pencils that they purchase. Soon the word is out of these magic pens of mine and all of a sudden, I get tired of selling pens and making lots of money. That massive surge of customers and sales that drive even more customers to seek out my product is called a bubble, which metaphorically, was blown to size by my bogus narrative. Eventually, there will be a growing realization by the market that these pencils are in fact not magical pencils and people have been sold "pig on a pole" and the sales stop, no one is buying my pencils again, in which case the bubble is said to have "burst" as the hype is revealed for what it is and sales collapsed. I hope that I have clarified things a bit for you as "bubble is burst" has nothing to do with air.

"There is new advice", actually I suppose that I could have been a bit more explicit and mentioned that I am the source of that new advice. Based on my experience as a scientist and developer for many years, this is the advice that I give any young man looking to venture into programming, and don't retort that I am not a CEO of some big tech company so my opinion does not count as I have been coding/developing electronic circuits/doing automations for almost 30 years, I've been in those trenches and can discern wisdom from bull-shit in a five second window, things that your CEOs cannot boast of.

I did c++ as a course in my undergrad level for three years from year two to year four.

Then in my year five ,it became an option but I didn't bother taking the course .

Unilag then

Sounds to me like you didn't get into professional coding. Also, from what I understand, Computer Science, as a course in Nigeria, is disgraceful to put it mildly, with the typical CS graduate not knowing even the basics of programming(I don't know how it was in UNILAG though, perhaps your experience was different?)
