There you're wrong. You don't need nudity to properly tell a story or pass a message. Why do you think romantic Bollywood movies of the past were so popular? They were able to convey the themes to romance without a single kiss passing between the lead actors.
I think maybe you misunderstood what i meant in the part of my piece you bolded. I clearly said " they would do anything possible" in order to properly tell a story, it doesn't infer that they should slam unnecessary nudity on every flick does it? It means anything!, if the story is about cancer, the actor/actors shave their heads to get into character, about losing weight, the actors actually lose weight to get into character, if it requires nudity, they go nude, to sell the story and make it believable!.

Nudity not being in Bollywood according to you, is because it's thier niche and cultural stances holding them back. If fact, i don't know how long your Bollywood history goes, 80's Bollywood films use to have some form of nudity, believe it or not. Raj Kapoor used to have a thing for tits and his movies contained it. The india censors board just change their stance towards the beginning of the 90's to present India as some form of ultra conservative religious entity, when in fact it isn't a reflection of thier society because, ironically again, they rank high in sèxual crimes and deviance.

Infact, Bollywood is becoming more liberal, their romance movies, do infact involve some sort of PDA now. I saw "Lust stories", a Bollywood anthology show on Netflix about the love/sèx life of teen to mid aged to old Indians, and i couldn't believe my eyes. Full on sèx with saree and all that!, because that's what the story demanded. It went on to be nominated for an Emmy.

Preach the gospel my niqqa.

How will I take those people seriously when they're most likely the r@pe capital of the world. I vividly remember at the close end of my secondary school days I'll be hearing and seeing r@pe cases almost every goddamn week from India. Back then I consume BBC, CNN, Al-Jazeera and the likes on a daily. Seeing those things and seeing their annoying supposed "holiness" or "virtue" and "morals" in their Zee World TV series just made me mad and stopped giving zero fvvks about that industry.

How come India TV show gets Emmys nomination and I miss am? What year was that?? 😳

Contrary to popular belief, most people think Asia as a whole are conservative in terms of nud!ty, violence and bizarre.

In The Realm of the Senses remains the most bizarre shït I've ever seen if I haven't forgotten about a few other films. This movie belonging to the 70-80s makes it even more shocking when you'd think the world is now in a more liberal disposition.
I even doubt Hollywood will go as far as wild as the storytelling of films like "Oldboy" and such movie still becoming a cult classic globally and widely revered critically everywhere. Then there's some old 2000s or older Chinese movies I recently discovered with nud!ty I was shocked as hell. Then it occurred to me why it's pretty scarce these days or well known is because of the govt "Censors Board" and their need to "preserve" the image of the country overseas.

There's this funny shít I see in their culture.... They are almost always on "saree". Something wey na only br£@sts e dey cover..the upper abdomen and the belly button is fully exposed. Make that kind people dey sell me conservativism I fit knack am 2-by-2. The existence of Kama Sutra come spoil everything. 😂😂

Hmmm. While there was humor and some truth here and there ,Moon landing been filmed in Hollywood etc, shit was dry AF. The delivery for most of the movie was just dry, star-studded but dry.

Prajwal Revanna

this man is an indian MP - grandson of a former PM. He is accused of raping over 400 women. with over 3000 videos

apparently everyone including Mohdi knew what was up

search his name on google and reddit

one of the common arguments is that this rape culture is more a thing of the poor in india . this is the highest echleon of society

as to rape capital, not sure if they have taken it from SA or not

also read on Phoolan Devi

they made a movie about her. Bandit queen

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x0XxJS5YiZ0

seems a staple of indian culture when women are getting too uppity is for the men to gather and gang rape them

she was raped by an entire village of men. then she came back and killed em all

Scary Godzilla
Self-contained story
Appropriate post-war atmosphere
Emotional beats
Relatable human characters.

This film bests anything that has been churned out by Hollywood.

It deserves all the praise.

lol I think Botswana and SA has overtaken them in that department, and studies have shown that, is not because it stopped happening, far from it, they are still like 90 reported ràpe cases daily, but there is a stigma on women reporting they have been assaulted and so they rather just keep mute. I read a story sometime ago where a group of guys over there, kidnapped a cow, and went at it from behind, for about 2 weeks till the cow passed out... totally bizarre set of people 😩

Yup they censor thier movies so much to latter to present some form of "holier than thou" apparition in contrast to the west, meanwhile they maybe actually more perverse and deviant. It makes their movies all the more pretentious. If people actually invest in India movies, or Asian movies as a whole of yester years, they will be shocked to see how many lucid ones that exist, but Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham is making people think is all boy meets girl, and they express their love through song and dance for 2hrs plus 😩, To crown it all, Bollywood segregate alot, back in the day, you'd think "black Indians" didn't exist, because of how their movies are portrayed, you'd have to have some type of skin colour and facial looks to break into the industry. Indians and Asians are surprisingly very racist, many people do not know this. If you have to collaborate on a group project with Indians on say Fiverr or Upwork, you'd understand what i am talking about.

Even leave india first, Pakistan is another Sodom and Gomorrah regen, i invested in thier cinema last year and na me know wentin my eyes see, beneath all the Jalabia, Kaftan and Hijab, they are properly perverse.

Like your like statement, The Holy book of Sèx, the ultimate template for all the styles, was literally written by an Indian, so case in point, they are the last people on God's green earth, i would take pointers on conservatism and morals from.

Omo, this is wild, r@pe cow to death. ☠️💀

Yep, I'm aware of their mad racism and colourism. Most people don't know India has very dark skin populations even larger in numbers than Nigeria's total population. Some you'd be hard pressed to different from a black man asides the "long hair" or Asian phenotypic hair.

Most don't also know India is a very ripe market for "bleaching", amongst the very top market in the world, largely due to their skin "caste" system as having darker skin color typically limits your employment success and there's a social stigma to it. I can remember some years ago when I worked at a biscuit factory, Indian expatriates are a regular face due to their engineering and technical skills and most of our equipment where from there as well as the owners. There was like two guys I remember, cos I work regularly with them for a period, they were slightly darker than the Indians you're used to seeing on Zee World and the likes, in two months+ of working in Nigeria, these guys complexion don light and fresh. Especially the second one with dark leather brown skin. The amazement of we Nigerians shared in the turnaround in just 2months plus was funny. We used to joke about it that Nigeria was a far better place than their home country.

As for Pakistan, they're blood brothers with Indians and Bangladesh regardless of their present mortal enemies relationship. They're basically the same. Just religious differences. A more understandable example is Nigeria vs Bi@fra.

Godzilla Minus One.

I see why the movie is titled like this. Love it, very simple and relatable. Though, it appears this Godzilla isn't smart at all. It's more interested in destroying than anything else.

I hate

- The thick baggy look, it's like a jacket in this picture.

I don't mind the trunks

lol people were clamouring for an "original" story and yet The Fall guy is stilling at the B.O.

The biggest factor from the list imo, is the streaming platform. The other factors are just an offshoot of it. The streaming platforms are so much now that they are now in a fierce competition to get the biggest title to stream on their platform, if not on release day, within a month of release. If people know the biggest title is available on VOD within a very short time, they aren't gonna be spending astronomical fees for food and movie tickets, and so it just trickles down to the other factors.
