I actually heard that in china if an employee is sleeping at his desk during working hours he or she should be allowed to sleep for at least 1 hour. Should Nigerian employers adopt this style? (as in 1 hour sleep 1 hour lunch break) |

Employee have 1hr lunch break, and that's when they should take that nap, and if they want an EXTRA hour for a nap, then they certainly shouldn't be paid for that. |
