Two weeks ago, I tried to compare Bitnob with Grey to know the final price of a particular item. I eventually settled for Grey card to make my purchase because the amount is lower compared to Bitnob

I went further to check the cost of buying $100 items using both Grey and Bitnob and my findings show that Bitnob is way better.

Here's the analysis :
As at 8 o'clock this morning, Grey's rate was N1,590. 90 while Bitnob's was N1,553.90.
So, using Grey card will cost $100 *N1,590 = N159,090
And using Bitnob, we have $101 * N1, 553.90 = N156, 943.90

The difference is very clear!

Moreover, Grey also charges 1% funding fee which is not captured in the above calculations.

So, Bitnob is cheaper when the amount involved is higher.

It's a hit and miss thing, not a Konstant thing with which is better. Grey don start funding fee? Them all go de all right.

Security concerns is a new wahala with AliExpress. Sure what you're buying is not a 1 (x) item/user? If it is, leave it and go for without limit listing. Also,
remove coupon if you're using one.

If it's to Appeal, you'd have seen an on-screen guide to doing that.

Go back there and do that. If they insist it's not with them, demand to see the Mail Officer or the oga patapata. Your package will be out or they make enquiry on your behalf from Lagos.

It's a simple solution but you missed it.
Before you order anything firstly register the card like 3 to 5 days before your first ever order, that way Ali can deduct $1 or just verify it as usual with 3 days or so, if that card is valid.
THE MAIN ISSUE WITH THIS THING MANY PEOPLE DON'T KNOW IS ALWAYS REGISTERED(ALIEXPRESS) YOUR NEWLY CREATED CARD FIRST FOR VERIFICATION BEFORE ANY ORDERING WILL GO.

Aside just shopping experience, i think getting to knowing original from fake products should be another great part of this thread which is mostly ignored, experienced folks could help share some genuine stores, brands etc aside from reviews & ratings alone, real life experience matters

There are lots of original & fake products alike on Aliexpress platform, i remember buying a drone one time following reviews on Aliexpress alone, did the drone work? YES

Did the drone last? NO

I found out mostly that cheap manageable products always have high rating most times but their durability is not there, i remember asking about drones here later & was told that geniune ones like DJI works better & is original, i regretted not asking here before buying, same way someone here recommended ANKER too when i was looking for good speaker to buy, let's jusy keep helping each other navigate through the good, bad & ugly of Aliexpress!

I used to think that obtaining a license or permit was necessary to bring a drone into Nigeria. When I wanted to purchase a drone at a certain time, someone here informed me that I would need a specific license or permit, otherwise, customs would confiscate it.

The response from NIPOST can't say otherwise when it eas them that updated it as unsuccessful delivery. The only explanation here are:
1. Wrong delivery address/wrong sorting
2. Item is there at the PO but was not checked properly
3. He went to wrong PO
4. Item is missing at the PO.

In All these, the only likely scenario he can win the Appeal is if the response says the item is in a location/state not his own
