What is the end game for Covid 19 in Nigeria? What policy thrust does the government and NCDC have going forward?All I see is talk,talk,press conferences, then in the evening they announce more cases.Gradually some nations have started opening up,in phases.No right thinking nation can survive a total lock down for long.With what I see there is confusion in the land.The citizenry are more worrying, when you hear talks like Covid 19 is a scam,it only kills the rich etc from educated people you begin to wonder.Even in the lockdown it is business as usual,no social distancing, people go out at will.Here in Kaduna at a particular secondary school in Kaduna south where people come out for morning exercises, it is a disaster waiting to happen.The fear of community spread looms large.People don't even follow international news to see how this virus causes so much pain and deaths. They assume it is a disease for the whites and the rich.
Until government comes out with a concise policy on the way forward.We are in for the long haul.
