“When I grow up I will buy that type of car, when I grow up I will build that type of house”... While growing up those are usually the statements we make while admiring those ”beautiful cars and beautiful houses” around us but we finally grew up not liking those things we admired at our younger stages.
Development do come with a price, the price might hurt due to the pains but at the end the gains are worthwhile.

New innovations are the bedrock for developments and in the case whereby Nigerian would rather remain stagnant in their old ways and yet continue to pray for growth is what I really cant comprehend.
Yes there's no cash in circulation but in reality have we really failed to transact? Do we really need physical cash in other to transact?

I have tried to sum up the pros and cons of a cashless society and it surprises me the advantages are greater than the disadvantages(even though I couldn't come up with any disadvantages).
Cash is required for ransom payment, armed robbers request for cash, police request for cash etc but how about a society whereby your daily atm or bank withdrawal cant exceed 20k per day then how would you source for 10million naira as ransom payment( except through transfer which will blow up the kidnappers cover due to a traceable account)...This automatically put kidnappers and other social vices out of business cos police wont even be able to extort anyone unless if such a police will drop an account to receive such extortion and such account would still serve as evidence for prosecution.

What we all need right now is for banks and every other service providers to improve their technologies for a better sender and recipient transactions. If anyone truly has money in his or her account then transfers shouldn't be a difficult thing.
We should stop the ideas of tagging beautiful policies as a witch hunt of some individuals. Snakes cant grow without shedding it skin and if we must grow then new innovations must be embraced...
