Not making excuses for El'rufai but i it think most people are trying to blow this out of proportion. We should be mindful about how we heat up the polity just for cheap political sympathy.

I doubt if anyone doesn't already know hell rufai is a terrorist. Dude can never change a bit. I pity Southern Kaduna folks and other Northern Christians. Only God can help and save them from the persecution they pass through on a daily basis. These are the people that need genuine help from the UN and every other international people but our ipob people has taken over the internet making it seems they are the only christian in Nigeria and they are the ones persecuted(Where as those that genuinely need the help in their land are the ibo muslims). Ironically the Muslims are usually more tolerant . in states with 60% to 65 Muslim majority like kogi, adamawa, Kaduna (before elrufai) , nasarawa etc they usually pick a Christian as deputy but states with 60 to 65% Christian majority like plateau, taraba etc they run a Christian Christian ticket unapologetically. Look at the south western states and see lots of Christian Christian tickets even though some of the states are Muslim majority but if it was a Muslim muslim you will hear noise |

Without been hypocritical, i think everything he mentioned here is the truth and nothing more. BUT along the line, he started getting emotional, and deviate from the actual message. Which is wrong but understandable because of his long standing issue with the christian bodies in Kaduna.
El'rufa! making a statement that
" the only way there can be peace in kaduna is for muslim-muslim to continue ruling them"
- is wrong and condemnable. El'rufai is not an amateur politician, he should be able to keep his emotions intact. He should know there are words, religious statement that can cause uproar especially now that Obi's candidacy has succeeded in causing hate between Muslims and Christians everywhere in Nigeria. Elrufai picked his words out of anger. And he is wrong for it.
My advice is for people of Kaduna; the Christians especially in the southern-kaduna. They shouldnt allow the easterners keep meddling into their affairs all in the name of fighting for them. The Easterners are heating up the issues and creating more tensions with their interference. They are all over twitter, facebook carrying the matter ontop of their head. These people dont reside in kaduna, nor anywhere in the North. They are in faraway east or Lagos, heating up religious tension in kaduna state.
Like the CAN leader in kaduna pointed out. The muslims and christians in kaduna, the north, Nigeria and the entire world are very much united. spits on you! Tufiaaaaa.... You people are extremely terrible! Would you have said this nonsense if Peter Obi made that el rufai's comment? 1 Like |

Little finger has always been an opportunist and doesn’t really care about religion. From ethnic champion to religious champion, this short dude only cares about playing to the gallery. . That’s how he has managed to remain relevant at the federal level in the last four years! He’s just trying to get himself noticed by the new administration. Publicity whether good or bad is still publicity.... Steven Spielberg said that, and apparently Little finger also knows this! Unfortunately, this bigot format might backfire rather than impress a Yoruba Muslim with an influential Christian First Lady at his ear. |
