Really? Bad Belle? on a faceless platform? You make me laugh. So quick to respond without reading in between the lines. I knew why i used the word "some" and they know themselves. Enjoy!

The spirit of your message wasn't in good taste and, no offense intended, it came across as quite arrogant. I couldn't understand the purpose of it, but if you feel justified about it, carry on. You make light of what is at stake here by calling this a mere faceless platform, but you should know that the people behind these user accounts are real with emotions hanging in the balance because they have put a lot of effort into this - for some of us this is as real as it gets.

I rest my case and wish you the best.

Thanks for your understanding. I like your approach towards this matter. Funny thing is that we are both REs but I'm also competing for same
role in diaspora. We go dey okay las las.
I wish you the best as well.

For Graduate Engineer candidates, is there a need to take any documents to the interview? The Interview Invitation and Interview Confirmation emails don't specify any required documents.

For graduate engineers that have done interview can you all please share what the interview process was like e.g what questions were asked what topics, what you think made you pass the interview what helped etc
Re: Exxonmobil Graduate Engineer Trainee by ExpertNLer: 11:09am On May 13
is there another wave of interviews?

I got a reliable information that invitation for the 2nd interview will commence about 2 weeks after the 1st stage interview.
Has any EH been contacted for the 2nd stage interview?

If you don't mind me asking, please what role was this for and was the interview with their GMs?

Also, what is your status currently showing?

Everybody don lock up grin. Sharing updates wouldn't take the job from you, if it's yours it's yours just give a general update on your profile status.

There is nothing to share as there is a very high chance that those who got the mail are not active on Nairaland (I am coming from the Graduate Engineering angle).

Looking at the number who made it to the first level interview stage, the number was shy of 20 and about 40% or less has gotten invite so far for the second interview (Graduate Engineer position).

The first interview was the purely competency based interview (CBI) with a mix of questions about the organisation. The duration for the first interview was 1 hour and for the second interview it was 30 mins.

That is just basically all. So you can see there is little or nothing to share ba?

I did not ask for the type of questions asked since I was not invited. But one thing I am sure of is that it is 30 mins.

Read about competency based questions (CBI) on Google. It will answer your question on obj or theory.

I had a separate session with the GMs on the same day I had the panel interview, I don't know if that is the second interview or it's the same first interview. But the interviews with the GMs were basically questions from my CV and kind of profiling where I may best fit in the company. It lasted about 30 mins.

I had my Round 2 interview last week, which was scheduled for 30 minutes but lasted about 40 minutes. The panelists were the GM and a senior HR rep. The interview primarily focused on understanding my personality and assessing if it fits into the company culture and values. This was an Experienced Hire

I meant is it showing Interview 1 completed or interview 2 completed?
Re: Exxonmobil Graduate Engineer Trainee by ExpertNLer: 2:14pm On May 21
It depends on the tiredness of those recruiting. Sometimes they do everything in a single day for EH especially if there weren't lots of candidates

Both are showing completed.

I completed Round 1 in April and Round 2 last week. It was 30 days apart.

The second interview was with the GM and a senior HR personnel. The interview was basically to know about me and how I fit into the company's culture. The interview was for 30 mins but lasted one hour. This was done last week for experienced hire.
