The information came last few weeks, they have booked appointment for him for international passport capturing on the 13th May , please which documents are we going with to the immigration office because this is our first time of processing a passport.

Please how or where can he get urgent national population commission birth certificate.

As a novice please in traveling matter please advise me.

For passport:
1.
A baptismal card or a court affidavit of birth,

2.
NIN,

3.
A certificate of local government of origin (I think this should be optional, but I provided it),

4.
Passport photo,

5.
A guarantor (someone who already owns a passport).

For visa:
1.
Passport (the one you call international passport),

2.
A birth certificate from the national population commission. DON'T laminate the certificate.

3.
A letter from the company that wants to send him abroad. In fact, the visa application should be handled by the company, not by your family. Your brother's role is just to fill the visa form and provide necessary documents.

He is likely older than 18. Hence NPC may not issue to him based on their announcements in recent times. He should rather swear an affidavit at a high court, NOT customary court ooo

State of origin certificate
NIN slip or print out(from portal, I think you pay)
2 passport photographs
Birth certificate or court affidavit.
And the application form, and payment receipt too.

If it was the company that filed the form for him.. tell them to give him the application form(it will contain the receipt and guarantor's whatever..

Not all. Some of them are only needed by minors as stated in the screenshot. It's actually a simple process.
