Another PDP Ward faction denounces suspension of Rivers lawmaker loyal to Fubara

PRESS STATEMENT

RE: NOTIFICATION OF THE SUSPENSION OF REP AWAM-INOMBEK DAGOMIE ABIANTE

The attention of the Caretaker Executive Committee Members and leadership of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Ngo Town Ward 1, headquarters of Andoni Local Government Area of Rivers State has been brought to a reckless announcement by some illegal persons claiming to be officials of the party and purportedly suspending Rep. Awaji-Inombek Dagomie Abiante, PhD, Member representing Andoni-Opobo/Nkoro Federal Constituency and Leader of the party in Andoni LGA.

A radio announcement this morning by one Dike Bara and Dokubor Jackson who are not members of the party and whose names are not even in the party register, claiming to be officials of our party In Ward 1 and purportedly announcing the suspension of Rep. Awaji-inornbek Dagomie Abiante PhD, from the party is unlawful and should be disregarded by the general public.
In the light of the above, we therefore, as the party recognised TIC Executive in ward 1, Ngo, state as follows:

1. That Rep. Awaji-inombek Dagomie Abiante, PhD, is still a valid member of the Peoples Democratic Party and leader of the party M Andoni Local Government Area and call on the general public to ignore his purported suspension as they're antics of frustrated politicians particularly in Andoni and Rivers State who are discomforted by his towering political profile.

2. That both Mr. Dike Bara and Dokubor Jackson are not rnernbers and/or officials of the party A any point in lime, rather they are impostors and have no legal right by the party's constitution to make any such announcement.

3. That if anyone is to be suspended from the party for impersonation, it is Mr. Dike Bare, Dokubor Jackson and their sponsors who are bent on destroying the peace of Andoni Local Government Area.

4. That we hereby assure all our party members in Ward 1, Ngo Town Andoni, Rivers State and Nigeria In general to disregard the impersonators who are been hoodwinkd by their sponsors to cause unnecessary crisis in the party.

5. We furB,er assure Rep. Awaji-Inombek Dagomie Abiante, PhD, supporters and party faithfuls in Ngo Town Ward 1, Andoni to remain calm, peaceful and focus towards supporting our loving Governor, His Excellency Amaopusenibo Sir, Siminalayi Fubara GSSRS, who has demonstrat. huge love to our p.pIe in le_ss than a yr in office.

We reiterate that the PDP Ward 1 Ngo Town Headquarters of Andoni L. Is Intact, and no amount of propaganda can destabilize the support base of Rep. Awaji-Inornbek Dagomie Abiante, PhD.

In one breath he said the people that pushed the suspension are not PDP members and in the same breath they said the only people that deserves suspension are these same people that they said are not PDP members.
Make them try to dey keep track of their lies to avoid these kind of stupidity.

Wike should focus on FCT administration and leave Fubara alone to deliver dividends of democracy to River state people.

No known ex governor dictated to him during his tenure as Rivers governor and he has no moral rights or justification meddling in Fubaras affairs.

As and elder statesman and former governor, he can only advise when necessary.

U apc pple are known for sentiments nd hypocrisy. I don`t knw whether apc supporters that are intellectually sound, morally upright with a resolute character to say the truth at all times irrespective of the person involved are upto 10% in Nigeria. you`re easily identified by your comments.

But this isn't his fight. This is too small for him to exert energy on. Even if the Rep is suspended, it makes him not to be Rep again. Suspension doesn't invalidate his Rep membership, until they recall him. There are procedure to lose legislative legitimacy, suspension not part of them. Try again.

How does political news the business of an average Nigerian? The same people through their occultism have loot the past, the presence and the future.

This is what happens when the foundation of a political entity is built on godfatherism. I hope Fubara will be able to do his legitimate work in peace without all these unwarranted distraction and after 4years, he should face his fate at the ballots.

COMRADES, if Fubara will not act as a governor in Rivers State, then it is left to him

Fubara attending the so called 8 point agenda with Tinubu in Abuja was seen as a sign of weakness of Fubara. Tinubu is definitely supporting Wike behind the scene.Put Wike in Fubara's position then, Wike will definitely not attend the meeting.
