Your problem is that you didn't care to read what Obi said rather what bloggers reported that he said. He questioned the priority of this project where many of FG road are death trap. He suggested that since for than 15 federal projects are ongoing in Lagos that it is worthy that Tinibu begins from Calabar. He questions the essence of building a road on a beach tourist centre... Why not build road on the map set out for it by Jonathan's regime. The number reason for this attack is that he asked why HiTech a company owned by Tinibu's friend?

Peter Obi should take a chill pill. He isnt expected to have an opinion on every issue. This isnt Europe.

The motive will be clear to EVERYONE in a matter of time. This ethnic rivalry taken too far!

I lost the little iota of respect I had for him when he claimed the two recent accidents that occured in Kogi and Enugu claiming the lives of almost all passengers were due to bad roads and insecurity.

Thank God we all saw the pictures from each of the accident scenes. They all occured on good properly tarred roads. The first in Kogi occured as a result of reckless overtaking by a trailer driver and the second in Enugu was clearly over speeding judging from the way they plunged into the fence of Maduka University.

Criticism of government policies are good to create balance in democratic governance but such criticisms must be constructive, objective and patriotic, not born out of bitterness, intention to incite one tribe against another, cluelessness, idleness or sheer stupidity.

Obi is beginning to sound like a broken record. Imagine questioning the economic importance of the coastal highway.

Truly, only a mad person can be giving him such advice to be displaying obnoxious tantrums post elections.

I think Peter Obi is heavily tribalistic.

He is quick to latch on to popular ethnic issues to create division.

For example, when Abdul Ningi lied that the Senate passed a 25 trillion naira budget and Tinubu was running a 27.5 trillion budget, Ningi lied that the budget is skewed against the north.

Peter Obi, in his usual unthinking illiteracy, jumped on it to engage in a toxic Twitter diatribe to accuse the government of passing an illegal budget.

The Obidients praised him.

It turned out that Ningi lied. Did Obi apologize for misleading people?

No!

Now, someone lied about $200m of his properties were to be demolished. Mind you, there were other people who had businesses there. They never complained. They received notice and complied. But one man decided to play ethnic card to get sympathies.

Obi engaged in another caustic twitter rant to order the government to stop the project as it was useless to Lagosians and the Niger Deltans.

When it turned out that only a portion of the shanties and three temporary structures were affected, neither the Landmark boss or Peter Obi apologized because it became clear that the Landmark boss lied in order not to lose access to the beachfront, which did not belong to him, ab initio.

Looking at the way Obi cleared votes in his region which was not replicated for other candidates in their regions, following Obi's campaign coordinators being mostly persons of his ethnic extraction, it is completely clear that Obi latched on ethnic hegemony, hate and religion to get the presidency.
