CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented representative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Ÿ Manage considerable amount of incoming calls and messages simultaneously.

Ÿ Generate sales leads

Ÿ Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Ÿ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer

accounts through open and interactive communication

Ÿ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Ÿ Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling / message quotas

Ÿ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution

Ÿ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Ÿ Ensure supplies and properly arranged to maintain the visual appeal to of store .



Requirements:

Ÿ Minimum academic qualification of a BSc/ equivalent in any field

Ÿ Must have completed NYSC

Ÿ Male /female

Ÿ Experience in customer service
