Former Delta State governor, Chief James Onanefe Ibori has felicitated ex-governor of Edo state, Chief Lucky Nosakhare Igbinedion on the occasion of his 67th birthday. Igbinedion was born on May 13, 1957. While wishing his bosom friend, Igbinedion more years of happiness and prosperity, Ibori wrote on his official Facebook page “Ogidigan. The Isio of Oghara. The Lucky Man. Atokpe! Happy Birthday my brother. Many more years of happiness and prosperity”.
