There should be a law in Nigeria that mandates all hospitals(govt& private) to issue birth certificates ONLY after seeing the DNA test result of the child.

Government should play a part to help eradicate paternity fraud in our society.

This DNA issue ehn. Even if you are cheating atleast your conscience should not let you pin a man's pregnancy on another man. There should be severe punishment for this type of rubbish

You should advocate for it to be subsidized or made free, not compulsory. If it becomes compulsory, are you going to use your 30k minimum wage to pay for the test? How many Nigerians can afford it?

No.... Let them subsidize the cost and make it easily available. Let it be as cheap and common as malaria test. Then you will see Marital faithfulness raise to power 1000. After that that them legislate against paternal fraud with punishment as worse as

People who sleep with married women would be scared too.

Then the definition of trust will be better understood. If a man trusts his wife at that point, he won't even bother with the cheap DNA test.

You will never get such law under the current world order.

Since there is no law preventing you from conducting the DNA, why do you need a new law?
