I wonder why the DISCOS are not buying meters from the local meter producing companies. Or maybe I'm not up to date.

What this means is that there's nothing that we can do as a nation except we borrow to do it.

Meter to measure the amount of energy a household consume so they won't cheat Discos, we borrow to buy. How on earth are we going to generate the light?

Later Govt licensed few companies to provide under MAP program, DISCOs refused to support them...just as they initially rejected local manufacturers/assemblers!
