THE RED LAG BUSES
The Red Lag Buses are the first set of BRT buses in Lagos before the emergence of the Blue Buses. Over the years, there are been new additions to the red buses operating both the mainland and the island.

It is important we emphasize on the difference between the red buses on the island and the mainland. The Red Lag buses operating on the Island part of Lagos charges more than the mainland buses due to differences in ‘target audience’.

The red lag buses cover virtually every major Lagos route: from Ikorodu (Inside) to Ketu to Ojota to Onipanu to Ojuelegba to Stadium Barracks to Costain to Carter Bridge down to CMS – TBS. They are also present in LEKKI Ajah. The RED Lagbus has the widest brandable space of all the two types of BRT BUSES available in Lagos.
