Accountant

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is a must
ICAN or ACCA professional certification is preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting.
Thorough knowledge of industry-specific accounting standards and regulations
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Must base in Abuja.

AUDITOR

Requirements

The applicant must possess a Degree in Accounting or equivalent
Should be an Accountant with not less than 7 years of Auditing experience
Must be a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN)
Familiarity with Nigerian Financial Regulation and Tax Laws.
Experience in executing and implementing risk assessments and programs.
Knowledge of IFRS Standards and FATF/AML/CTF laws
Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and management skills.
Excellent written/oral communication, data management, analytical, and computer skills.
Ability to interact effectively with staff in a diverse multicultural environment.
Commitment to teamwork and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Must have a current practice licence.
Must be based in Abuja

PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in construction industry.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Past projects with proofs.
PMP project management certifications are a must.
Leading the development of project documents, including Operating Procedures Manual and Annual Work Plans;
Ensuring quality and management oversight of all services delivered within the project, including administrative, financial and logistics management services;
Ensuring cost-effectiveness of services delivered within the project;
Ensuring the effective management of internal monitoring of project progress and results, including dealing with project issues and problems as they arise.
Must be based in Abuja.


DRIVER

Qualifications
Completion of Secondary School is required
Proven experience as a Driver
A valid driver’s license
A clean driving records
Excellent knowledge of Abuja Road networks and inter-state..
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Knowledge of inter-state route
A polite and professional disposition
Must reside in Abuja
