Can u imagine, beatrice gave me opportunity to buy this land then (October 2007) for 950K, i did not, and now i am regretting that decision. This land matter sef, na wah.

Yea Beatrice is my colleague, manybank staffs (Oceanic-90 plots, Fidelity 40 plots, Intercontinental 32 and others, then individuals) took over the oppurtunity and bought then before it rose up.  It still will rise, now that there's alot going on in Lekki now, its just simply wise to buy into Flourish Gardens Estate, cuz of the closeness to the free trade zone, 4th mainland bridge and other facilities coming up so fast in Lekki.

The Company (FRPL) are actually selling @ N2.5 Million per plot but we (RDCSL) have two plots we want to @ N2.3 Million Net.
