Airtel Inconsistency by NecessitySam: 8:50am On Jan 09, 2016
Good day everyone.
I want to bring to the hearing of Nigerians the inconsistency of a brand that is worth God knows billion dollars and in a vast match market of Major Four in Nigeria's telecommunication industry.

This is what I experienced as a new subscriber to this network (airtel); I heard of a 3gb of 1500naira ($cool subscription, in this recharge card there is an inscription of dial *** which when I was through recharging my sim, I checked my balance and found nothing there (zero naira). To cut the long story short, I later found out after several calls that I use the data converter code but was surprised when I saw that I was credited with 410mb for #1500? A close friend of mine told me the same saying that he was able to browse that day he recharged his airtel sim with #1500 naira but received a notification the secondo day which said his a 24hrs subscription has expired.
I was wondering and I complained anytime I spoke with the poor customer service agent of the network that, a recharge card is meant to recharge ones line and not data bundle primarily. If anybody needs to buy a data bundle, he could call, google or ask friends. Only God knows how many thousand of Nigerias would have fallen victim of 1500 naira for something of 200naira or less worth.

Too bad is the bad English grammar from this same network. I plan on writing a blog on this mess, if our government can't imbibe fears in this communication looters, we will use the power of internet to tell the world how the masses is being looted and no justice gotten anywhere.

I rest my case for now and I will only stop at the length of when my money is refunded.
