South africa has been said to have the highest number of Hiv infected people. first the health minister of this country says that HIV does not cause AIDS then the ex-deputy president Jacob Zuma had sex with an HIV positive Woman and says he took a shower after it which according to him will stop him from getting infected and then the same health minister says if the govenment Aids plan does not work then the press should be blamed what is wrong with this continent?
