A Law Prohibiting Public Herding Should Be Passed. by Shinto1(m): 9:00am On Apr 24, 2021
cow shouldn't be allowed to roam around public because they are livestock and personal farm. livestock is the responsibility of the owner to provide shelter for them and keep them within his farm because it's a private business and a national law need to be passed on this to cub this rubbish. But the uneducated morons we have up there will never do that because of the toes they'll step on. If you want to own a cow you should buy a piece of land to herd it. Same as people that owns poultry have their farm. Why can't herders have their own farm, is it because it's a business from one particular region?
I was privileged to travel outside this country and I saw how their farming Is done. The government planned for everything. There are farms but the livestock live in the farms not roaming in in the cities and airports. If a bill is passed today putting a ban on open grazing nation wide and mandating all livestock to be placed in a farm . I tell you we will have almost zero clash between farmers and herdsmen. Because terrorists are now disguised as Herders to spy on clans and communities to attack them. Will my voice be heard? I don't even know
