Almost on daily basis these days, we hear of killings here and there with some of them being attributed to "Unknown Gunmen."

When media reports that bandits attack a location, do you know the bandits?
I mean, their name, LGA and picture? No you don't.
Then, why do people assume the identity of bandits even though they are unknown?
