REMINDER: PLEASE! PLEASE!! PLEASE!!!

This is to inform persons who are coming in to Brazil for several reasons and their agents have been handling all your details back in Nigeria

Dear Customer,

Kindly ensure you ask your Agent in Nigeria to show you evidence of payment he/she made to us to confirm he has paid for any of our services.

This is to avoid stories that touch.

For example, if your Agent has told you that his second or partnered agent in Brazil would be picking you up from the Airport,

KINDLY ASK FOR

1. THE NAME OF THE AGENT AND;

2. EVIDENCE OF PAYMENT

3. CONFIRM FROM US THAT WE HAVE YOUR RECORD FOR THAT SERVICE

Please don't let anyone scam you, leaving you stranded at the Airport or for non-disclosure.

Some of these Nigerian Agents only come to us for Enquiry and do NOT make PAYMENTS!!!

Please do take Caution!!!

KTO PARTNERS are legit people and we are in Brazil to make life easy for our fellow Nigerians.

Cheers!

TRAVELING OR RELOCATING TO LATIN AMERICAN COUNTRIES

SKYROCKETING EXCHANGE RATES

NAIJA Naira is not appreciating due to so many reasons.
We hope the Government will see that it is the citizens are the ones suffering for it.

Check out this rates and you will know why a lot of people are relocating to other places/countries.

These exchange rates are online rates, Black Market rates are usually higher.

1 USD = 420 NGN
1 EUR = 460 NGN
1 GPB = 540 NGN
1 CAD = 330 NGN
1 AUD = 305 NGN
1 BRL = 100 NGN
1 MXN P = 25 NGN
1 CHL P = 0.5 NGN
1 CUB P = 20 NGN
1 ARS P = 5 NGN
1 INR = 5.4 NGN

The last 5 countries are places Nigerians are most visiting now.

Mexico is also like Brazil where you get PR with your family.

Some of our friends who have followed this route are living large as the currency got nothing on them.

Do you require Visa Application, Booking Flight, Accommodation and Information about visiting for Tourism or PR in the following countries - Mexico, Chile, Cuba, Argentina, Paraguay, India.

Hello,

Investment in foreign countries have their different ups and downs especially for maintenance and some bills you need to pay which is not far from what you explained.

Yes you can get PR via Investment here in Brazil too, the Property Tax is high if you are not using the building to generate funds or living there or or working in Brazil to ensure up keep.

For persons interested in having a property here, We suggest the following

1. Get an Apartment in a Condomium (Estate type of 2-3 bedroom flat) in an affordable Location which you can get as many as you want and lease it out.

2. Get a lawyer to Change Property documents to your name and manage the rent for you.
3. We have a lot of Nigerians here who come to give birth or for vacation, who can use the place for like 2-6 months or more if its furnished.
or
4. Do a contract for Full year rent and the Users pay month (which is acceptable here in Brazil)
or
5. Use for General Airbnb outlets and get a someone to manage it for you here

Getting a full house structure is usually very expensive but if you can do list mentioned above it can still work but the tax will be HIGH

Individuals who are here in Brazil with their PR and with some other documents, you can also apply for House Mortgage and spread the payments for 5-10 years depending on the company selling out. If you are interested, email us.

In conclusion you can get PR in Brazil via

1. Investment
2. Birth
3. Refugee

Cheers!

By far the most beautiful people I've ever met.

Completely racially ambiguous.

I also hosted a Brazilian soldier, very very nice guy.
pansophist:

No I haven't. I plan to go this year because she is getting married. What also intrigued me about Brazil was how extremely multiracial and diverse it is. Brazil is a country that regardless of your looks, you can be a Brazilian.

From Japanese, Asians, blonde eyes Europeans and Africans as black as Akon, all exist within Brazil. And it's so damn huge. One can fly from one part of the country to the other for about six hours and still be in Brazil. As a comparison, it takes around same that time to fly from London to Lagos.

I used to think Nigeria was big when I was small lol, travelling to the North from Lagos and seeing all those unending view of empty lands with no inhabitant in sight, while being on the road for more than one day. But in Brazil, only the Amazon rainforest is bigger than Nigeria seven times. If not for corruption in politics, Brazil is just one of the countries that is heaven on earth. And its warm, what's more can one ask for ?

Hi KristineLG

Thanks for the reply. Glad you took the time to detail the process as regards to owning property as a route to PR in Brazil.

With regards to the condo at low ends you mentioned, how much are we looking at?

Birthing for me is out of the question.

Is refugee angle a possibility through a lawyer?

Let me know if there are other possibilities

Hi KristineLG

Thanks for the reply. Glad you took the time to detail the process as regards to owning property as a route to PR in Brazil.

With regards to the condo at low ends you mentioned, how much are we looking at?

Birthing for me is out of the question.

Is refugee angle a possibility through a lawyer?

Let me know if there are other possibilities

Regards
