Please I need help, I have some goods I ordered via ebay that I would like to make payments for but can't because it refuses to link my visa card or even accept payment from the one already linked to it.
I went to the bank and was told that there's a scarcity of dollars and so on, so the only way to make international payments is to own a dollar account which I almost opted for but decided to call the person I'm supposed to buy the dollar to fund the account from to inquire about his rates first and he said N610 for $1 which to me is outrageous giving that straight payment on the sites won't cost me such amount (N30,000 extra if I was to use his rates). I need to know if there's a work around for this whole situation cause if I don't pay on time my account will be limited from buying on that site and I can't honestly spend the extra dough.
