The simplest medical test you can get couple with immediate result is when you check your Blood Pressure.
This simple test determine a lot about your lifestyle such as feeding, thinking, drug reactions etc.
So am encouraging everyone to do this always.
But I noticed that people with high blood pressure results, always go nervous than those with low blood pressure
Now I want to know which is better to have between low or high blood pressure.
