I have been using this paypal account for over 3 years without issue, last month a friend of mine ask me to help him collect paypal payment for a web development job.
I created paypal . me link for him and payment of $599 was made to mr paypal account.
I withdraw the money and give to him, 3 weeks later there was a chargeback on my account for the $599.
Paypal sent a note that i should refund the client and limit my account, i informed the guy he say he will settle with his client that it is minor issue.
Because i use the paypal account for selling digital products, payment was still entering the account but my balance was in red due to chargeback.
After like 2 weeks paypal deducted $500 from my balance and i still have positive balance to take care of the remaining $99.
What is confusing to me is i currently have a balance of $353.93 as can be seen from the attached image, but paypal did not want to take the $99.
Right now they have blocked my account from receiving payment, and they keep saying resolve a negative balance.
Please has anybody has an experience like this before, please i need advise on the best way to go about this.
