Renting means being a tenant, and that comes with a lot of DOs and DON'Ts, among other challenges.
Make rent money no go follow feed money dey increase because say everything dey increase. it's much better having yours no matter how small.

Moreover you don't even know what scale OP is doing, or if i's a backyard poultry or something not worthy thhe extra COSTs of renting.
