Why Is Redstar Express So Incompetent And Worthless? by Charley2020: 6:56pm On Mar 04
I shipped a package from US to Nigeria via FEDEX and it cleared customs the next day after it arrived in Nigeria. But now that the package is in the hands of Redstar Express, they've refused to deliver it to me and it's been over 7 days.

The tracking shows that the package has been in Abuja for the past 5 days (3 working days and 2 weekend days) and today the status has changed to operational delay - incorrect address.

I called and emailed them several times today about the delay before I got this incorrect address update. Now the delivery address has changed from the original one the shipper put on the package.

I just sent them an email to warn them that if they misplace or send my package to the wrong address, I'll take the matter to court and get all of my money back (package cost plus shipping cost plus customs duty).

When they wanted to collect the customs duty, they were so fast in responding to my emails. Now that they've collected it, they've begun to ignore my emails. I had to call FEDEX to tell Redstar to respond to my emails.

Folks, in all you do, avoid FEDEX if you're shipping to Nigeria. FEDEX is not to blame, it's the worthless Redstar Express Plc that they hand the package to after it gets to Nigeria that is to blame.
