CUBANA AND BOBRISKY'S LAWYERS DID NOTHING WRONG.

Bobrisky's lawyers were right in advising him to plead guilty.

Ordinarily, in such cases and for such minor offences, and for a first offender, BOB ought to have gotten a fine of say 500k to 2 million.

He can pay same day and that's the end of the matter forever.

HOWEVER, the judge sent Bob to prison.

That was the fear that made CUBANA CHIEF PRIEST's lawyers to advise him to plead NOT GUILTY.

This way he will be granted bail BUT the matter can linger for years.

Note that when a court grants bail of say 10m , It doesn't mean the money will be paid

The money is just a bond, a kind of contract of the person and his sureties saying HE MUST APPEAR IN COURT FOR TRIAL.

AND IF HE JUMPS BAIL (ie fails to appear) for not good reat, THEN THEY MAY BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE MONEY.

CHIA IN PRISON EEEH Bobrisky may be the predator, he is risky in either facilities.
