**Overview:**
The C3 Project is an innovative initiative designed to empower Nigeria's youth and women through digital skills and remote work opportunities. We are looking for a talented Network Engineer who will reside at our Lekki facility while working remotely to manage and maintain our computer networks ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency for our teams and external partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Network Design and Implementation:**
- Architect and deploy robust network infrastructures that support both internal operations and remote work requirements.
- Customize network designs based on organizational needs and integrate security measures from the ground up.

- **Maintenance and Optimization:**
- Regularly monitor network performance, perform troubleshooting, and swiftly resolve issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Schedule and perform network enhancements and upgrades to ensure our infrastructure meets the evolving demands of remote work technologies.

- **Security Management:**
- Implement and manage network security tools and protocols to safeguard sensitive data and communications.
- Conduct regular security assessments and updates to address potential vulnerabilities.

- **Technical Support and Collaboration:**
- Provide expert technical support to our team, resolving complex network issues to ensure optimal productivity.
- Collaborate with IT staff and external consultants to coordinate and execute network strategies that align with the C3 Project’s goals.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in network design, implementation, and maintenance, ideally with a focus on supporting remote operations.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
- Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices.
- Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in American English, both verbal and written.
