What would you call this if not a show of power.

If anyone dares remove that kid, they would probably get their heads cutoff, or even worse.

One of the reasons I stayed a Christian is how the text is always apropos to lifes situations.

Common sense would say "Why can't this guy go inside to pray", right?

Here's what the Bible says:

"And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites,
for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others.
Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full.
But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen.
Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

They do this crap a lot.
In Ilorin, they literally block roads.
Last year, in a particular city, they actually beat up (and nearly killed) a driver because he drove past them when they were praying.

Unfortunately, equality in Nigeria is a scam
Some people are more "equal" than others.

We are all selfish to a degree and I believe what makes us selfless is trying to imagine walking in others shoes.

For example, having compassion for the disabled, cause you were complaining about carrying heavy grocery bag up the stairs, but someone out there doesn't even have arms. What if that were you? Would you care about makeup, love... could you even be happy with no arms?

--------

Back to the point, this is one of the most selfish things to do (block road users) and to claim to do it for God, NO!

You don't know who is pregnant in those vehicles, who is late for school/work, who has an appointment, who is sick, who is tired... but since you are hale and hearty, full of vigor, with nowhere to be, you assume others are in the same shoes as you

YET IN YOUR MOST SELFISH NATURE, YOU DENY OTHERS RIGHTS TO MOVE, AND SAY YOU ARE OFFERING UP PRAYERS TO GOD?

No, no, no, not the real God, definitely not!

Yes, the Animal Farm premise does apply in Nigeria, but with Islam, it's not just Nigeria, it's WORLDWIDE.

It's terrible, and I can't comprehend it.
Till today, the killers of Deborah, whose faces were boldly caught on camera, are roaming freely.

But a woman made a review about tomato paste and the police went to kidnap her.

We live in a very primitive society.

Bro, this made me sad, I had forgotten about that Deborah case.

Animal Farmery of Nigeria, plus Islam, is just a nasty, nasty mixture.

May God help us in Nigeria, we have so much injustice here men. Like how did that Deborah thing just die down like that?

Honestly, I don't really like thinking of Deborah's death. Unfortunately, so many people have died without justice. Naija is not equal o. At all.
