Our client a global market leading specialist of foreign exchange products, solutions and services, operating across the entire value chain of the foreign exchange industry in more than 20 countries seeks to hire.

Customer Service Officers:

Role Purpose: To actively participate in the processes to ensure smooth running of operations while maintaining excellent customer service delivery and communication skills.

Locations: Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Awka (Note; candidate must be resident in the preferred city as the company will not pay for relocation)


The ideal candidate must have a university degree with at least 3-5 years core commercial banking customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively participating in day-to-day customers onboarding processes and manage Customer records; issuing of fresh mandate cards and letter of introduction, verification of customer agents’ identity; visual check of image on customer photo ID card presented matches the already submitted mandate card, image capturing by ensuring proper documentations that the agent’s name matches that on the customer photo ID card, scanning of mandate card and operator’s signature.
• Collate all customers onboarding documents for filing; scanned operators mandate cards, agents mandate cards, letters of introduction, data protection statements, late change letters, agents swap letters and all customers correspondence and other duties assigned.
• Ensure all payment receipts and queue tickets are counted and filed accordingly and kept properly after dual control check and signed off.
• Actively participate in collating customer request applications, verification of submitted forms, signature verification to confirm that all required information has been supplied and successful applications are validated on the payment App for Approval (pre-pay-out activities).
• Carry out payments for and on behalf of the company while adhering strictly to company policies.
• Actively involve in preparation of the payment centre in readiness for pay-out; All necessary items/forms (note count, application forms, rubber bands, late change forms, cash bags, sealing machines are ready for pay-out and other duties assigned.
