I created an account on cac website and did a name reservation for limited liability company. Can I do the registration myself? I'm planning of having just one director. Though I don't know how to get some documents like memorandum of association and other things. |

Mboi2:Yes you can do it all by yourself... For the memorandum of association, once to get to the bridge, you'll cross it. Just put in all you want to do in the organization |
