Afis embarked on his educational journey with a thirst for knowledge and a determination to excel. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language (Second Class Upper Division) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, in 2022, he laid a solid foundation for his future endeavours.

Prior to this, he earned a National Diploma in Mass Communication (Upper Credit) from the Federal Polytechnic, Offa, in 2015, showcasing his early commitment to academic excellence.

Afis's professional journey is marked by a diverse range of experiences, each contributing to his growth and skill development. From his role as a Manager at Gigabytes Edugits Services, where he demonstrated adeptness in managing operations and fostering client relationships, to his tenure as a Volunteer English Language Teacher at Government Secondary School, Bomo, Zaria, where he contributed to the educational development of young minds, Afis's impact is felt across various domains.

His stint as a Tutor at the Department of English and Literary Studies Academic Committee further underscored his passion for academia and his willingness to contribute to the academic community.

Additionally, his role as an IT Infrastructure Operator at Soltech System Network showcased his technical proficiency and ability to adapt to evolving technological landscapes.

My name is Afis Opeyemi Ibrahim—certainly no stranger on this blue street of ours.

I am a certified communicator and linguist, having bagged my National Diploma in Mass Communication and degree in English at The Federal Polytechnic Offa, and Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, respectively.

Business wise, I am the Director of Gigabytes Edugits, an educational consult hub. In other words, I am an Educational Enterpreneur.

Established in 2016, Gigabytes Edugits Services was an offshoot of my passion to help both fellow students and teachers source educational materials for both learning and research while in college —For free. I enjoyed the consumer satisfaction experience it gave me then, and as more people relied on my ability to offer educational consults with good results, I fully monetised my services. Gigabytes Edugits Services was thus born.

Domiciled in Zaria, It was officially recognised as a business entity in 2021, by the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria.

And between 2016 to date, we have helped over a hundred and fifty students, teachers, and researchers achieve their academic and professional goals.
