Everywhere go scatter simply because the civil service is not value driven and there are no set KPIs to track the performance of most workers. An office where they watch telenovela from 8.00 am to 4.00 PM will never deliver something good for our nation. The civil service and political offices are a drain on the resources of this nation. In order to improve productivity, let government agencies have KPIs for their workers and make sure the MDAs are result oriented. This will boost our economy and reduce the rate of human resource wastage. 1 Like |
