First Inland Bank Public offer is open now. Find the offer details below:

Open: January 3rd 2008
Closes: January 31st 2008

Ordinary share Price: N9.50 per share
Preference share Price: N9.50

Units of Sale: Minimum of 1,000 Ordinary shares and multiples of 100 Ordinary shares thereafter.

The purpose of the Offer is to finance the expansion of branch network, upgrade of Information Technology infrastructure, recapitalization/development of subsidiaries and working capital. The estimated net proceeds of N89,636,683,797.27 after the deduction of the total Offer Costs of N4,098,651,702.73 (representing 4.37% of the total Offer proceeds)
