*Of the six, the Lekki Southern Villa Phase 1 and Pen Gardens Phase 1 are completely sold out. Plots will only be available on the occasion of resale from already existing patrons.

They are fully residential estates with various amenities to be provided such as: Good road network, Security surveillance equipped with CCTV Cameras, effective Drainage Systems and many more. Each plot measures 600 square meters (standard plot size). You have the liberty to build your structure to your architectural taste within minor guidelines set by the Company.
